Important Registration Information

Pre-registration closes at NOON on Friday, June 26.

Please note that the deadline to receive the 6 complimentary MOE General Admission tickets included with pre-registration has already passed.

As announced on May 20, day-of registrations was eliminated. However, Team MOE understands that not everyone may have seen that annoucement.

If you plan to register on show day, you MUST arrive before 8:00 AM to allow adequate time for registration, staging, and event preparations. Late arrivals may not be able to participate.

Day of Registry will also be CASH ONLY. Electronic Payment will NOT be available Day of Show for SxS Rodeo.

SXS RODEO DETAILS

Show info:
  • Pit gate open for check in 7am to 9am. Event starts between 10-11am.
  • $40.00 entry, includes both events; barrel race & obstacle course challenge.
  • $20.00 pit pass, must be 18+ years of age with valid i.d
  • Everyone gets a participation dash plaque
  • 100% of registration fees paid out.
  • Pit pass also gains you access to the Mason Outdoor Expo
  • Trophies for both events, classes pending.
  • Time calculation and amount of runs will be determined closer to showtime (pending participants)
  • Participation requires agreement to event waiver terms.

RULES & REGULATIONS
  • Must be 18+ to participate and be in the pit area (valid ID required
  • Drones are Prohibited; local airspace restrictions
  • Must sign waiver
  • Helmet and seat belt required
  • No alcohol in pit area
  • No open toe shoes
  • Only [ONE] Driver assigned per Side by Side (No Passengers allowed)
  • No tire spinning outside designated competition area
  • Pop-up tents allowed but must be anchored down (no grills)
