Helping keep MOE safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Please review the event rules before attending. MOE follows Ingham County Fairgrounds rules and reserves the right to remove anyone violating event policies.
SAFETY • RESPECT • FAIRGROUNDS RULES • PIT PASS REQUIREMENTS
General Event Rules
- Follow MOE staff and fairgrounds staff instructions.
- Respect vendors, participants, volunteers, and attendees.
- No disorderly conduct, harassment, or unsafe behavior.
- MOE may remove anyone violating event rules.
Pets
- Pets are allowed per fairgrounds rules.
- Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
- Owners are responsible for cleanup.
- Aggressive or disruptive animals will be asked to leave.
Food & Drinks
- Outside alcohol is not permitted.
- Alcohol must remain within designated areas.
- Must be 21+ with valid ID to consume alcohol.
- Please dispose of trash in proper containers.
Smoking
- Please follow all fairgrounds smoking rules.
- Smoke only in designated areas if posted.
- Do not smoke near vendor booths, kids areas, or restricted areas.
Prohibited Items
- No drones without prior event approval.
- No skateboards, roller skates, or similar ride-on items.
- No unauthorized solicitation or vending.
- No items that create a safety hazard.
Weapons & Firearms
MOE follows all applicable fairgrounds, local, state, and federal regulations regarding firearms and weapons.
Please follow all posted rules and staff instructions while on fairgrounds property.
Pit Pass Rules
Pit passes are separate from General Admission and are required for restricted pit access only.
- Pit Pass: $20
- Must be 18+
- Government-issued ID required
- Waiver required
- Pit access is separate from the public viewing area
- Watching the event is included with General Admission from public areas
Re-Entry
If you leave and plan to return, please get a wristband before exiting.
Guests without a re-entry wristband may be subject to paying admission again.
Ticket Distribution
Tickets obtained ahead of the event may not be distributed on show grounds.
Please handle all ticket distribution before arriving at MOE.
Fairgrounds Compliance
MOE complies with Ingham County Fairgrounds policies and may update event rules as needed based on fairgrounds direction.

Attendees participate at their own risk. MOE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, personal injury, vehicle damage, or accidents. Motorsports and outdoor events may involve inherent risks.
